One of the core principles at Barta Media Group is that every website should be informative. It should educate the client of accurate and up to date information on your business and services. While much of the information on the average website is static (meaning that it stays the same) there many websites that need regular updates. For example: a company that hires often may need to regularly update their staff page. A company that runs regular specials and promotions may need to change the info on the home page that reflects the updated content.
A content management system is the "back end" or "admin" portal to your website that allows you to login and update certain areas of content in your site. A CMS can be customized so that you are able to update some or all your website content, pictures, videos and more.
A CMS website is built differently than a static website in that it is built with a database that populates the site. The user is actually logging in to an easy to use database portal and updating the database. The content that is inputted into the database then populates the public portion of the website. Editing is as easy as working on a Word document.
