Refunds are not accepted through Jason Barta LLC.  All payments and purchases made are final as stated in the contractual agreeement.

12. Pricing
Costs and prices of services are all clearly stated during the proposal and contract process.  All prices stated therein will be strictly adhered to throughout all phases of the project and ongoing projects.  Invoices will be sent when each of the payments are due for project and only charges stated therein will be expected by client. Standard hourly rates are $65 per hour.  Basic package costs start at $20 for regular hosting.
