Portfolio Burnette Benefits
Burnette Insurance Agency has been assisting Georgia employers with their risk management, employee benefits, and other HR solutions since 1971. Burnette asked us to redesign their Burnette Benefits website which we had originally built for them several years ago.
Web Design
Burnette had several main goals for their new website. They wanted the design to compliment their other commercial insurance website, have pages be easier to find with improved navigation organization, and an event calendar that allows users to RSVP to events. The primary color used throughout the site is orange and we chose to use different shades of violet as complimentary colors.
Development
The new website was built on the WordPress content management system using a custom theme. This would allow Burnette to easily manage their site and make changes to the content without the help of a developer. On the Events page, users can view the event calendar, click on an event to learn more, and submit RSVPs that are stored in the backend of the website. This makes it easy for Burnette to collect and review event-goer information and reach back out to them about future events.
