Mansermar is a full-service property management company that primarily works with senior and handicap living facilities. In need of a new brand identity, website, and print materials, we got straight to work on developing the core messaging and image of the Mansermar brand.
To solidify Mansermar’s new brand positioning, we created a brand identity package that articulates the Mansermar’s purpose, core values, philosophy, messaging, logo with variations, color palette, and typography.

The Mansermar website features pages showcasing their many communities and the high-end services they provide to the properties they manage. There are also pages for visitors to read resident testimonials, view Mansermar’s business partners, and a blog.
Mansermar’s website is mobile responsive so that it fits perfectly on any device. Because we built the website on WordPress, the Mansermar staff can easily add and change the content that appears on their site, and add new community pages as they grow their management portfolio.
Along with their new branding and website, we created new business and marketing collateral to match Mansermar’s new look.
