Premier Internal Medicine of Alpharetta

Overview

Premier Internal Medicine of Alpharetta is a private practice that offers comprehensive adult primary care. With a wide range of services, PIMA wanted to display their clinic’s offerings in an all-inclusive and user-friendly way. PIMA also wanted their new website to be easily navigable and appeal to users of all demographics while instilling a sense of calm. In addition to a new website, PIMA wanted to update its branding with a new logo and color pallet.

Branding

PIMA wanted their new logo to have elegant qualities while also serving as a symbol of health and wellbeing. With this direction, we decided to use the lotus flower as the logo’s icon. Beneath the flower we added the practice’s name using a combination of fonts that would give it the subtle elegance they were looking for. We chose light blues, turquoises, and violets to make up the brand’s color pallet which worked to create the calming aesthetic PIMA wanted their site to have.

Web Design

An important aspect of the new website was for it to be laid out as simply as possible. To achieve this, we limited the home page to a full-screen banner, an icon grid displaying their main services, a section about the doctor, a featured testimonial slider, and contact form. To give users access to a quick overview of PIMA’s services, we decided to group them into categories and display them all on one page. On that one page, we placed a navigation bar at the top so that users could quickly navigate to the category they’re interested in.

Development

PIMA’s new website was built on the WordPress content management system. This allows them to easily make content changes without the need of a developer or knowing any kind of computer code. The site also uses responsive design so it automatically adjusts to fit any sized device.
