Pandya Medical Center
Overview
Pandya Medical Center (PMC) is a primary care clinic offering wellness visits, cancer screenings, chronic disease management, and acute care. They have locations across North Atlanta in Alpharetta, Braselton, Cumming, Dawsonville, and Johns Creek. PMC needed a new site with improved navigation, a fresh design, and greater functionality.
Home Page Design
The first section of the new home page features two prominent call-to-actions to Book An Appointment and Find A Provider, followed by several other call-to-actions in a section titled “I Want To” that include many of the most common actions a user would want to take. Having so many CTAs above the fold ensured that most users would be able to get where they wanted to go without having to spend any time scrolling down the page. Further down the page, we have an About section with a scrolling Providers carousel, an office locations section, a community involvement section, recent blog posts, and a patient testimonial slider.

PMC’s old navigation was very cluttered and included some redundancy that made it difficult for users to get where they wanted to go. We made several improvements by changing the layout, introducing a more streamlined secondary menu, and turning the Services and Locations dropdowns into mega menus. These changes make it much easier for users to find what they’re looking for while adding to the overall design of the site.
Providers
For the Providers page, it was very important to PMC that users could quickly find the kind of provider they’re looking for in the location most convenient to them. To achieve this, we created two dropdowns that allow users to filter providers based on specialty and location. This makes it easy for users to narrow down their search and quickly find a provider to suit their needs. Users can then click on a provider’s profile photo to read their bio and schedule an appointment.
Locations
Each location page has a photo gallery to show the building and staff at each location. It also has a map, a button to book an appointment, contact info, office hours, and a Providers section so users can view the profiles of the providers who work at that location.
Before & After
Pandya Medical Center’s new website features a sleek new design, user-friendly functionality, and an improved navigation to help users get around the site. With all these new bells and whistles, PMC can better serve their new and existing patients.
